Continuing my Pizza journey as you will continue to see. Most of the pizza places around here have Cheesecake and thus I will continue it. I have been getting a 14 inch pizza and a stromboli with the Cheesecake but I think I may give up on the Stromboli and get a larger pizza. The stromboli's have been kicking my butt. Other than that I am doing interesting work that is also kicking my butt.
Onto the Cheesecake Review.
This past week I went to a pizza place pretty close by called Wise Guys Pizzeria (website here). I had a hawaiian pizza and a stromboli along with the Cheesecake. The stromboli was not the best, I mean it was good but I've had much better other places. The Pizza was acceptable. I scarfed down both while watching This is Us. Let me tell you, This is Us will make you cry, its whole job in my honest opinion is to make you cry. But I think it does a pretty good portrayal of normal human beings life stories and presents good characters that people can relate with. I still need to binge the Mandalorian, which I haven't cause I am on Lent. But I digress.
During this pizza binge I am on the Cheesecakes have not been up to par. They have been about as good as bakery ones you could get at Walmart. HOWEVER. This Cheesecake was slightly better. I will like to say that the reason for this is strictly due to the amount of crust. The Graham Cracker crust was slightly more than the others and thus the ratio of crust to cake was much better. Other than that, it was about the same level of Cheesecake.
