I have halfway cleaned out my closet and probably will finish it tonight. I did not get it done like I wish I did tonight I got side tracked looking at old items. Side note, I will be very relieved at 830 on Tuesday as that technically ends my main deliverables for the year on my way out the door for two weeks. I am pretty excited about my vacation (going to see many friends in many places). I am going to make it a goal of mine to not be a degenerate and maintain healthy eating habits, exercising, and at get-togethers a healthy buzz. Lord willing do I fall back into binge drinking due to social anxiety.
Onto the Cheesecake review.
I definitely did not prepare myself a place to get a Cheesecake this week (spent the latter half of the week working on building a design package together for a suborbital payload long hours). So I went to Publix and looked for a frozen Cheesecake to review. There are a few different choices to get and this week I got Edwards (website here). Edwards seems to make a lot of different dessert cakes and pies and lo and behold they were founded by a dude in Atlanta GA and got bought out by a bigger company (just like Atlanta Cheesecake Company). What is it with Atlanta bakeries that are whores to the cash money? Anyways I got home and opened one. Realized it was frozen still so I wait two minutes and gave up waiting and had a bite. That brilliant move let me to decide to rate the second one (there was two in the box) after it thawed out.
The second one was meh. The one redeeming quality of this Cheesecake is the crust. Bar none I could taste the crust but the Cheesecake was just weak sauce. Like I was trying to decided if the Cheesecake had any cream cheese or was it just whipped sugar. Not the most ideal frozen cheesecake. However, I did just get back from running and I had this healthy dinner that was meh tasting so I gave it a generous score (Libe Barer your score is a 10/10 ignoring the looks just in case you weren't aware).
Overall Score: 7/10
P.S Yes that is a rookie score, but its a rookie score for a rookie Cheesecake.
