Momma's Homemade Cakes Cheesecake review

Hola,

I would like to give a shoutout to my new gig at my job. Gonna be working on a lunar rover concept for excavation of regolith with folks who have been doing this for ten years. As a newbie and as someone to take them to the promise land of our design process I will have to be really confident in myself. I am incredibly excited to be apart of this mission though.

Onto the Cheesecake Review.

So I wasn't originally going to go to Momma's Homemade Cakes, as I ordered Cheesecake from another bakery and found out that they did not have it. I learned of this news as I was driving out there. As a note, I ordered it for right before this bakery closed on a Friday at 330, thinking I could take the rest of the work day off (it was 30 minutes away) Lol that plan was up in smoke. A conversation in our working group got really interesting and I got handed a task to finish before Monday. Given I drove 30 minutes out there and I knew I had to go back to work, I decided to amuse myself and find a Cheesecake in that area. Just on a mission. Using my keen sense of smell (and google maps), I stumbled upon Momma's Homemade Cakes (website here). To be blunt it is on a strip mall that is shady, but let me tell you it felt like a hole in the wall cause you would watch people regularly walk in and out of the place. The person who served me looked exactly like the person would would make a bomb cake in general. Anyways despite all of that, I walked in with no expectation that there would be Cheesecake (the first bakery jaded me), but lo and behold there were three different types. I chose traditional cause I live the trad lyfe for Cheesecakes.

I got to my car and decided to open the sucker up (I was needing my fix). This Cheesecake did not disappoint. You could tell it was homemade, they did the crust right (you could taste it), and there was a hint of white chocolate in the Cheesecake. The hint was perfect as it didn't overpower the rest of the Cheesecake. Texture was more firm than fluffy but that is a personal preference of mine. Overall would make a trip out there to eat it again.

Overall Score: 8.4/10

P.S. Libe Barer what could hurt to date a cheesecakelover like me?
