Grills Seafood Cheesecake Review

 Hello folks,

I am getting closer to having my place ready for visitors. I got my kitchen area completed and really all that is left is getting the gaming area set up (buying table and chairs and a bookshelf) and the rest is gravy. I still have some house projects that I would need/want to do but I am going to take my time. I unfortunately budgeted myself too slim in buying the place and thus I will be spending my first few years as a homeowner being frugal and doing small items (until I get a few more raises). The house projects will come with that. Also hoping to not be the breadwinner in my dream future family (Libe Barer I'm still single ready to mingle) which would help. I had a plan to be married at the age I was last year. Lol.

Onto the Cheesecake Review

I got really horny on any form of sweet baked goods this past Friday. That coupled with the fact that I ate a small lunch and didn't have dinner didn't really help what transpired. I've started to use Friday as my day to try a new Cheesecake and Saturday as the day to write my blog. So on Friday after work I immediate looked up places that may or may not have Cheesecake and I stumbled upon Grills Seafood (menu here). It has two types of Cheesecake; fried and turtle. Both were not traditional so already losing points but I was 1) starving and 2) horny for sweets. So I bought both. Mind you I haven't had dinner yet so when I got in the car I picked the one I was going to rate (the Turtle one, fried is just too different no matter how you slice it), and downed the other. The fried Cheesecake was pretty good but it lasted maybe 30 seconds max before it was gone. Anyways I was still hungry and stopped at a gas station to fill up. My sweet horny self walked in and nonchalantly bought a cup of doughnuts and a honey bun. Yes. A CUP of doughnuts. They didn't make it to my apartment (5 minutes down the road). Needless to say my eyes were too big for my stomach and I looked at the Cheesecake and thought to myself, "My sweet crave was sucked dry."

So under those conditions the Cheesecake better be Gordon Ramsey good (I wonder if he can even make a good Cheesecake) Ok I just watched his Cheesecake video and it is shit. There is no base, he added fucking fruit, and he added lemon zest (its a power move to add lemon zest). He must think making traditional Cheesecake is boring. Anyways back to the review. It better be better than Gordon Ramsey good, but unfortunately it wasn't. If you want to add stuff to a Cheesecake it better flow into the Cheesecake. The nuts on top of the Cheesecake feel like an add-on. The cake itself was slightly softer than I like and a bit too much chocolate.

Overall Score: 7.2/10

P.S. What do you call a bee that cannot makeup its mind? A maybe.
