Kres Chophouse Cheesecake Review

Hello All,

It has been over two years since I last posted. I actually had a life. Now that I don't have a life anymore, I'm bringing this back for all. After re-reading the last post I put on here because I definitely forgot how to blog, I realized that life actually worked out quite well. I have the same job except full time and have done well. I bought an apartment. I now have what I considered stability, and its freaking me out. Since I seem to like stability I am going to try to do this once a week to attain more stability. Now for those who have read this far, you might be like, "Hey cheesecakelover you said you would be doing this once a week two years ago so why should I trust you now?" #Dlevelgrammar. Well audience, you best realize that I should never be trusted with this type of fling. But I see stability for the foreseeable future and a need for a Cheesecake once a week. So believe. in. me. Also since I get like 2 views max a post and I'm going to insta this to my 29 followers as my publicity, this is more for self-gratification. So deal.

For those like me who forgot the rules and reason this exists, please go to here. For those who somehow got here not from Instagram, here is the insta link. If you want to see pictures of Cheesecake on your feed follow it.

Onto the review.

I have some old high school friends of mine where we started this tradition of going to a fancy steakhouse and spending gobbles of money on food whenever we visit each other (all of us live pretty far from each other). They didn't know its a tradition; I just said this was happening and its just going to always happen now #tradition. Usually its a three course meal and its really really hard to eat a dessert, but the steakhouse has Cheesecake I order it. This time a friend came to visit me so we drove out to Orlando to eat at Kres Chophouse (website link here). For starters I had a lobster bisque and for the main I had a ribeye and three cheese au gratin and some vegetable to maintain some level of respectable health (lol good one cheesecakelover you are hilarious). We continued to catch up, he talked about his marriage life with a kid difficulties, I talked about my single life difficulties (ladies holla). We had a ball.

Given the amount of food I ate (I eat it all I'm no quitter), getting the Cheesecake may be a bit too much but holy cow. Not going to lie this is the best Cheesecake I have ever had thus far in my life. So my last highest rated Cheesecake was a 9.8/10 and after watching the pizza guy rate pizza's I going to have to be stricter. But right now this Cheesecake blows Firebirds out of the water. I thought Firebirds was the perfect form of fluffy and consistent. No. This was way better. It had a small bite to the flavor of the Cheesecake main portion as well, hinting that they didn't over-saturate the base with sugar. Crust was not too strong but not too gone to where you couldn't taste it. Finally the display was perfect and adorable, as shown in the picture. My word my mouth is salivating at the thought of eating it without being full.

Overall Score: 9.81/10
